Senator Pearce, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                
the publication notice be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 83 An Act                  
making an appropriation for management fees for the constitutional             
budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution of the State of            
Alaska); and providing for an effective date for the Finance                   
Committee meeting on February 13 at 9:00 a.m.  Without objection,
